Rosado is Spanish word for Rosé and is the cava for those of you who like their sparklers soft, smooth and … pink!

So what is this pink sparkler like? To look at, it is bright strawberry in colour with plenty of bubbles, which create a lovely white crown at the top of your glass. It has a delicious aroma of flowers and red fruits, with hints of the more exotic grenadine, dried figs and dates. And in the mouth, it delivers a fresh, light and soft taste of red fruits.

Cordon Rosado in three levels of sweetness: Brut, Dry and Medium Dry.
Brut is the driest with a low sugar dosage and spicy, smooth taste. Both Dry and Medium Dry offer sweeter tastes. This is a lovely sparkling wine to have with poultry, pork and lighter desserts.
